Hello everyone! Nice to meet you!
I was born in 1965. First daughter. My parents used to tell me that I was a serious, introvert and careful child that asked too many questions, which I particularly consider an early sign of curiosity. At the age of ten, I was already a good listener and many friends came to me for advice.
At seventeen, my parents divorced and I experienced low self-esteem, a deep feeling of not belonging and much loneliness. Journaling became an early habit and sometimes brought me hope but I decided to look for a Psychotherapist, which I consider a first formal brick to a long process of self-awareness. In search of a more balanced life, I also visited a Homeopath Doctor for the first time, searched for a Nutritional Specialist because I was a little overweight and started to practice Tai Chi Chuan twice a week, something quite unusual for an Occidental teenager.
In 1986, I graduated in Speech and Hearing Therapy but my approach to helping was already towards “the person who has a mouth, not the mouth of the person”. That is why, in a sequence, other Academic studies along the years took place: Post-graduation in Neuro-Linguistics Programming, MSc in Oral Language Disorders and graduation in Psychoanalysis.
Learning has always been a great passion! On the other hand, Spirituality has always been part of a strong personal interest!
Reiki Master since 1997, after experiencing well-succeeded holistic medical and therapeutic treatments, my journey towards becoming a Holistic Therapist was very natural. Besides Reiki, this practice includes Flower Remedies, Healing Herbs, Chakras, Wellness Kinesiology and basic theoretical principles of both Chinese and Anthroposophical Medicine.
Following this Spiritual direction, participating in a Family Constellation workshop as a client for the first time in 2006 changed significantly my perspective about healing. After so many years, I assume that being IN SERVICE as Systemic/Family Constellation Facilitator still enriches me both personally and professionally.
Since regular physical activities have also played an important part of my routine, in search for more resources and information about health and wellness I got certified as Wellness Coach by the International Association of Wellness Professionals (IAWP).
Along these years of studies, self-healing and an uncountable number of patients/clients and their testimonials, I found my place in the world, my purpose in life as well as my Soul’s task in “The Art of Helping”. Grateful, I love what I do and I do it with love.
